The Challenge

When I joined Fater Sazeh Iranian, the company had almost no digital presence. There was no corporate website, no active social media, and no consistent brand identity. Most customer acquisition relied on classified advertisements, making it difficult to build long-term brand recognition and expand beyond traditional marketing channels.

Overview

I initially joined Fater Sazeh Iranian as a Video Editor, but my role quickly expanded into branding, web design, digital marketing, and business development. My objective was not only to produce creative content but also to build the company’s digital foundation and create a stronger, more recognizable brand presence.

Designed and established the company's visual identity.
Designed and launched the corporate website.
Structured and presented the company's services online.
Created and managed the company's Instagram presence.
Produced promotional photography and video content.
Designed branded vehicle graphics and company uniforms.
Developed localized lead-generation campaigns through classified advertising platforms.
Planned and managed the company's participation in construction industry exhibitions.
Worked directly with management to improve branding, marketing, and customer acquisition strategies.

Solution

Instead of focusing solely on content creation, I developed a comprehensive digital branding strategy that connected every customer touchpoint. I launched the company’s website, established its social media presence, organized service information, and created a consistent visual identity across both digital and physical channels.

To improve lead generation, I introduced a location-based advertising strategy by publishing localized campaigns across different districts of Tehran. This approach allowed potential customers to perceive the company as a nearby service provider, significantly increasing inquiry opportunities. Combined with branded vehicles, uniforms, and a professional online presence, these initiatives strengthened both credibility and brand recognition.
